As a collective of two seasoned birth and postpartum doulas, we at Deep Well Doulas work together to offer families in Los Angeles a range of comprehensive, in depth birth and postpartum doula support before, during and after birth.

Our focus is on preparing families for the physical and emotional twists and turns that birth may take with hands on coping tools and mindfulness techniques for birth and new parenthood. We provide evidence based information, optimal fetal positioning techniques, massage, and counter-pressure. We also offer birth photography, placenta encapsulation, belly binding, help with newborn feeding and sleep issues, hands-on help around the home, meal preparation and emotional support through the postpartum period. In our work as birth and postpartum doulas, we truly believe that you are the expert in your own life and we are there to support you in finding the choices that align with your needs and values in each moment.
